The technology is outdated and barely functional. They should not call themselves a tech company. Many are afraid to speak up about issues. Employees are treated as if they owe their souls to the company. There’s no appreciation for hard work. There's a pervasive culture of favoritism. If you're not part of the inner circle, you're left out in the cold. Leaders lack the necessary skills and experience. Their poor decisions affect everyone negatively.

High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management.
