Henkel, as MNC, is good organization but management is not at all good, especially HR department. Lot of dirty politics. you need to please / apple polish your boss to get promotion and good increment.

Lot of dirty politics by HR colleagues. Very dirty game they play. Company is good, but management not at all good. Almost, many of employees also left Henkel from HR department.
