I think you can learn a lot of things here the department is too good and very supportive.the company have about 800 workers and turn over is about 400 cr.

Dislikes

Company is good but work pressure is too high you to work for 10- 12 hr and in critical situation about 72 hrs.they dont care about individual.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
