Dislikes

Managers favouritism makes working environment and culture worst. I am at PPDS site Ahmedabad since last ૩ years, and witnessing the biasness in promotion, annual appraisal and day to day work distribution to fellow. Some people sit whole the day and make PPT of 4-5 slides, while some are loaded with extreme work burden by manager.

HR is weak as company is ruled by age old employees. If someone raise concern , it vl impact their career inspite of good policies.
