They pay very very less salary to the fresher. If you're from engineering background, I'll suggest not join production as it very small scale production, you’ll not bulk scale experience. Go for other sectors. Increments is too less. Whatever Increments they give will go in the deduction itself. No benefits. Canteen food is average.

Hemmo Pharmaceutical is the best well managemant company , working nature is very soft, all worker and staf are supporting, HR Department also good in nature, i work 1 year there , i am satisfy with Hemmo Pharmaceutical Pvt.Ltd

Adopt the latest technology. I love the fact of team that market reliable high quality product and has a global client base. We work happily and colaburation.

The work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have work 14-18 hours slight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Also thaer no on job training for freshers. And senior folks Like me have to guide them step by step which is pain sometimes.
