...er one year, I really want to share experience even after being best performer NO SALARY HIKE NO PROPER PROCESS STRUCTURE NO BOND BETWEEN MANAGEMENT TO EMPLOYEES NO SUPPORT FROM HR, NO CLARITY. Dry Promotion , Salary Slabs are not changed after promotion. Cost cutting when it comes to paying employees. Rest of the things are best here, lovely people to work with, great culture.

...s one of the easiest and relaxing job profiles I have come accross in my career. Salary is amazing if you are experienced. Do negotiate while salary discussion.

It is a monotonous job. Absolutely no learning. Growth depends on your relationship with management (You know what I mean). Complete Quality team has no idea what quality parameters are but they are there beacuse they are good with management. The quality team will get you in trouble and management will find a reason to fire you. The project (HP) is really good but it has been 8 months and still not streamlined (Contract for 3 years). Management makes goofy decisions each day and there's an update about process daily. Incompetant people are trying to organize the process/project. There are no IJP's rolled out, your growth is decided by management.
