Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...icion. Behaviour of promotors are very bad.They can scold you infront of anyone. Salary payment is late every month from 8to12.

Dislikes

You will dislike after 7days of joining.If you are a professional donot join because after a week you have to again search for jobs.Manpower limited means less than required hence quality work is not there.All are over burderned.
