I am working here as trainee engineer in maintenance .....If anyone is looking for skill development and practical knowledge in industry then definitely this company is beast .

Have good exposure of chemistry due to frequent change of product. Will gain too much knowledge of different chemistry within few months.

Dislikes

Product changeover is too much frequent even before it completion. Management ask for yield from 1st day of expriments. Not good management approach for work.
