Lunch time is very short, and using phones during lunch inside the office or pantry is not allowed. No focus on skill development; the environment promotes robotic work without growth. Working environment with 20-25 people is unfriendly; HRs, Supervisors, and Manager lecture you if you become friendly with colleagues.
