Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have been a part of Helloclass for such a long time now, it has been like a family. So i will like to share what i feel, This company has always been supportive but in this pandemic i am sitting idol at home without any class. I feel the company should try to generate more employment during this hard time and help its workers out. Rest everything is best about this company, a place to must work for.
