It’s complete proprietor kind of culture. Not like an mnc. Someday they will hire you on good package and when they feel like they will create situations so that you yourself come under pressure and leave the company.

It’s single person driven company. The company turnover is almost same for so many years when they are adding so many products every month. All this is fact and nothing that Iam just writing to take out grudge.

Management in India is not much supportive No clear promotion and growth criteria Perks are less over Hella Global Employees they get more but obvious than Hella India Insecurity , being an automobile manufacturing company , not so much importance to IT infra (although in house )

If you're a fresher and want to acquire skills then you can continue here. You get the chance to work innovatively. Culture is very good and management is helpful.

Dislikes

Salary structure are very low compared to market standards. Plus they will hire with 3 year bond period. During that period you'll have to work on anything they tell you even if you don't like.
