Since I just joined three month ago, at this moment, can only say bit about, work culture is good, work life balance, about job security can say to choose good.

Dislikes

The cons part is only about the Salary discussion with HR. They manipulate the way at their level best.

Dislikes

Management in India is not much supportive No clear promotion and growth criteria Perks are less over Hella Global Employees they get more but obvious than Hella India Insecurity , being an automobile manufacturing company , not so much importance to IT infra (although in house )

...ion -Less Projects, maximum are support projects -HR policies and bad behavior -Outdated salary structure -Helpless Management

Dislikes

...ry unhygienic conditions for working at shop floor. Unsafe working conditions. Unclear HR practices on position class of employees and salary structure.

If you're a fresher and want to acquire skills then you can continue here. You get the chance to work innovatively. Culture is very good and management is helpful.

Dislikes

Salary structure are very low compared to market standards. Plus they will hire with 3 year bond period. During that period you'll have to work on anything they tell you even if you don't like.
