Theirs customer support is much poor. Also they are taking much more price for robots. As they can easily give economical solution to customers. But they are not giving it. Only 3 nos employees are there at Helios. So head count cost is much lowest in Helios. But not completing their commitment towards customer. Personally director sir is nice person. But for market commitment point of view is much poor.
