This company is continuously adopts latest technology, that why I learn too much & really I love this working style.

Dislikes

No skill development training as well as no job security, no career growth except salary. Working environment is also not good. Most of the time I have to work 10 to 12 hour, which is a pain sometimes.

Very bad HR department, HR general manager is always creating troubles for employees, No monthly salary slip, no attendance record. No leave card. No promotions and increments. Salary is not steady. Trying to keep the environment negative and keeps the employees depressed. No defined job descriptions. Lack of respects to employees.

I think intensionally some employee may give wrong feedback but the actual fact is different. As Company atmosphere is Very Much employee friendly, in terms of benefits ( i.e: Medical, Free Cafeteria, Uniform, life insurance etc.) also additional given by esteem organisation. As I'm leading the PPC department, in which I have got 100% freedom to enhance my roles & responsibility to broom my career. HRD always proactively works & think for employees, to enhance their career through various activities & valuable support. At last it's my pleasure to work with M/S Helical Team. It will be my valuable wish to work again with Helical Spring's. Regards
