The worst experience was working at Kalyani Nagar branch, the franchise owner would ask me to work extra, he didn't even pay me full salary plus I had to literally beg for my monthly salary every time I think no one should work with Kalyani Nagar owner

To start with they pay very less and expect just too much. Secondly don't even appreciate your time and hard work, too many mind games and promises which are never fulfilled, I didn't get my complete payment plus had to ask for monthly salary, they would wait for one to beg, especially at Kalyani Nagar, viman Nagar owner Plus the franchise owner didn't even clear my dues This was the complain from all my colleagues, they all left the company post 2 years of bad experience

Very beautiful curriculum for young kids. Such an amazing syllabus . Kids love the classes

Dislikes

Such a wonderful syllabus but I personally did not get positive support from the HO. The two ladies( don't want to name them) have always pulled us down . Their support is never positive and is very demotivating. This is not how an international brand should be handled . It's a worst work ethic I have even seen in my life.

The company gives you an opportunity to overcome your inhibitions, it's a great team to work with as Everyone is approachable.

Sometimes the work hours can be difficult & it's really difficult to get leaves owing to the fact that it's an educational institution.

I would never recommend anyone to join this organization where there is no job security and dirty politics..Also there is no HR policies..The rule depends on employee to employee and is very bias ...The Vice Pesident(Sales) really torchures and it gives her immense pleasure by harassing others,she calls the employee at any point of time and abuses the employees...And we being from Education / training she has zero knowledge of it...
