Good wark environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job trianiing is not given to new joiners.

Hiring unstructured student from colleges and giving them high package and designation.

Lack of employees welfare programs, unavailability of cafeteria in plant location,less opportunities for fresher to boost talent.

They have strong technical skill training materials and manuals. Standards are maintained world class.

Dislikes

...mentation of ideas are not going next level due to fear of other persons growth. Salary discussion is really poor less than par whereas recommendation candidates who not have enough skills are paid a lot.
