Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very high level politics.... Very less salary to engineers, no work Life balance, very strict timing, very high pressure. Very bad environment only dust of graphite.

No Job security, Very less salary(even workers salary are higher than staff engineers), very bad work culture (workers union) workers politics and management politics very much,

Dislikes

Teammates works are leg pulling, no one wants to train about job due to job security, appraisal for only buttery peoples, Much politics for Survival, work life balance is zero as you have to work 12-14 hours, and have to attend calls in the evening and late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.
