Very high level politics.... Very less salary to engineers, no work Life balance, very strict timing, very high pressure. Very bad environment only dust of graphite.

Salary as per inflation is below average and career growth is very slow as compared other organizations unit

No Job security, Very less salary(even workers salary are higher than staff engineers), very bad work culture (workers union) workers politics and management politics very much,

Dislikes

Teammates works are leg pulling, no one wants to train about job due to job security, appraisal for only buttery peoples, Much politics for Survival, work life balance is zero as you have to work 12-14 hours, and have to attend calls in the evening and late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.

No culture no salary growth no increments in this company ,company making loss every year and firing employees every year here...such n pathetic company where no job will be secured here.

I have changed 9 companies in my life but the amount of work experience and learning I got in X is something I have not got in any other company. HEG Company is the most valuable company of my life.
