Hr dept does not care,no JD provided for what they are appointed , no growth and development of employee, no proper date of salary always doing last week of the month, the mgmt thinks they are the Lord

Work Environment is good. Supportive Managers. Most importantly Company's Managing Director and whole team is a great. Company's future is very bright.

Dislikes

Sites working time is unpredictable as at some places it's good while at other places it's very bad, for newcomers it's a bit difficult to adapt but after that it's very good as all people are very nice and supportive.
