...g about their employee regarding career growth, job security, no training, etc..but salary satisfication is ok

It is a Korean Company so we can learn more standard and Salary is on time and other benefits like saturday and sunday work over time payment.

Dislikes

Working hours is not fixed, there is no over time for over time work.

What balance is Good, but there are very insecurity of job because, according to the project, they fired out.

The two dislike I noticed first is did not do the increment annually after do so. Many effort and also job securities is not good.

There is Toxic environment, no work life balance, dirty politics, no appraisal, casual behavior and most important thing is worst Korean persons who behave with Indian like slave and abuse.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like mostl, unlike thing is Koreans who have no manner and always use abusing with Indian,always souting, speak loudly etc.
