This system is based on interior design plans in hospitals.this helpful for anti protection from bacteria,Fungus, viruses etc..,Should be adopted like, GI Ceiling, SS panels including ceiling, Pre coated sheets, Powder coated sheets, Glasses,Air showers,Static pass boxes etc.,

We worked hard wark in site but labours/technicians lifting the heavy materials from the floor to floor but manager don't give expenses for Some food charges and design engineers, when problem explained to engineers but immediately don't take action for resolving the issues

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
