Living itself has become politics. Learning is enormously cupius. It is environmentally workfull or else. Innovation is alltotal financial aspect with needs of the hour. Work is energy but life is force, difference is delta-S. That's all about plz. And covered all points as require.

I joined HWP. Baroda in 1984 and retired on 31st March 2019. It's a total 35 yrs of working experience at different capacities i.e. asstt. Shift engg...shift in charge in process...deputy manager in process and tech. Service managing different aspects in process, tech service, fire service, PC n AL, library and training section etc. Overall life and work in specified plant was good enough and I say again I want to come back in HWP. Baroda in my next cycle of life.

You learn multi-tasking and you have different probllems to solve that necessarily includes technical, manegerial and financicial aspects of engineering.

Some times your hard work is ignored or not brought to the notice of higher authorities.

Excellent working atmosphere, motivational support from seniors and cooperation from staff, use of new technology , green environment, best safety culture make it best including excellent health services.
