... time needs. Job security is expected. Carrier growth is expected as time calls. Salary is to the point but appraisal is hardly. Travel planning to be updated as time needs. Living itself has become politics. Learning is enormously cupius. It is environmentally workfull or else. Innovation is alltotal financial aspect with needs of the hour. Work is energy but life is force, difference is delta-S. That's all about plz. And covered all points as require.

I joined HWP. Baroda in 1984 and retired on 31st March 2019. It's a total 35 yrs of working experience at different capacities i.e. asstt. Shift engg...shift in charge in process...deputy manager in process and tech. Service managing different aspects in process, tech service, fire service, PC n AL, library and training section etc. Overall life and work in specified plant was good enough and I say again I want to come back in HWP. Baroda in my next cycle of life.
