Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

there is nothing for like even i would say worst company in the world, please guys dont do work in this company they hold my 20 days salary and denying to pay it they treat employees like nokar labour slave

they abuse you if you did any mistakes, and hire & fire toh yaha chalta hi rehta hai, job stability kuch nhi hai or mai toh yeh kahunga ki job stability aap yaha chahoge bhi nhi because within a week you will feel ki mai kaise bhi yaha se bas nikal jau, because you are getting negative vibe in office, guys literally i am saying working culture bhaut hi kharab hai , aap kuch dino me mental trauma me pahuch jayenge or even your mental health is suffer as well.
