Terrible salary, will keep assigning tasks completely unrelated to your profession, low salaries, and even lower appraisals. Flawed evaluation process and they try and make a portion of your already low salary a variable portion.

Partiality is the main issue done by TLs and managers. Eligible employees are not getting salary increments or promotions. TLs are only offering promotions for beautiful female employees. extra incentive, extra leads

I never seen this kind of CEO, Mr Piyush Jain. He is very humble person and Very supportive. Every Friday Company will give the lunch and every two months Company will arrange the some sports activity and night parties. Training and development team, also too good. Company will give the training and product knowledge very deeply.

The main one dislike is, Company have a daily Target Employees are not achieved. Daily target company deduct the salary.

I’m deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Hear.com The job security here is virtually nonexistent, leaving employees constantly anxious about their positions. Management is a major issue - decisions often seem arbitrary, and there is a noticeable lack of transparency and support. To make matters worse, salary deductions have been frequent and unexplained, adding financial stress on top of an already unstable work environment. I would strongly advise potential employees to consider these factors before accepting a position here.
