Only Team Leader's company no value of Sales Consultant. Disrespect is your daily feed. You have to yes to your TL for everything beyond logic if you say anything else circumstances will be worse like anything. But still I am working from 2 years by saying Yes only and doing my job just to earn money.

I never seen this kind of CEO, Mr Piyush Jain. He is very humble person and Very supportive. Every Friday Company will give the lunch and every two months Company will arrange the some sports activity and night parties. Training and development team, also too good. Company will give the training and product knowledge very deeply.

The main one dislike is, Company have a daily Target Employees are not achieved. Daily target company deduct the salary.

Nothing is fine there. Favouritism issue is also there. One manager Name Madesh is spoiling the future of the organisation and senior is also supporting him. Not looking to the roots of the organisation
