Salary is Good

Dislikes

People are more interested in politics rather than the work. Management never encourage nor support for the development of the employee. They talk and motivate you but their actions speaks different and tell a lot about them. Not a good working environment to grow in career. And more over Marketing Manager doesn't know about Digital Marketing and they pretend that they knew everything. My working experience with Healux International was really horrible.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
