Basically there was no happiness during my work period. Yes, the co-workers were really good and very cooperative with management, but the management people are like to stay in another world.

There is no job security, they are unable to pay on time. Just give your 100% to the company, don't expect anything in return.

There is no career growth, there's too much politics among management people; there's no learning or appraisal; a quite negative environment for an employee to work with positive goals for growth. There's no work life balance.
