Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Feel like daily wedges labour in company. You can learn high level company dirty politics in company by the seniors.

Dislikes

No job security even you are achiever. Language use by senior are very harassing. No fix date of disverment of Salary and other expenses. Many more reason which can not described here. Fir more information can call any employee of any lavel he can tell truth.
