Compensation is bad, plus when it comes to growth ,it's biased. Not to name managers are hardly graduates and runs a school in few departments. Employee satisfaction is very low.

Salary part was good but every individual use to get targeted for their salaries which was unfair.. the more you get the salary the more you get targets to do and the more torture one will get .

The work culture seniors and management they can fair you anytime. Specially sales head he won't let you breath freely .

Start-up aggressively growing because of the management run by Dr Meena Ganesh and a innovative platform to show skills and knowledge towards organizational growth. The atmosphere is quite lucrative for the generous one who can add value as per the protection and budget.

Good Leaders, but thriving to meet the unrelaistic expectations.. No work life balance, No work culture, No one will ask you to work extra hours, but you will 100% work on even sundays, due the work culture
