Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...ngs going and trying to find new opportunities in difficult scenario like this.. we are getting differed salary to keep the pace on which I am completely ok with. Entire operation work force is diverted towards sales and marketing activities for the time being to get maximum productivity.. there are lot Things we have learnt through this process. Overall enjoying it here and I give my sincere gratitude towards my company for its ethics towards employees by helping in all aspects , taking best care of well-being and keeping secure through such tough time. I am truly overwhelmed.
