There is zero job security even for the higher management. Since I have joined this company I have seen india coe to employes more then 100 were lay off. Please if you are going to join this company. Please think twice.

Job security is terrible , As project gone in 3 months ,They informed to resign all the India coder who are in probation. Instead of this company ,look for better company in india , giving preference only to Srilankan Coders. 2. No Medical Insurance , 3. No Equipment will be provided , we need to purchase.

Healthrecon is an example of corporate mismanagement and cruelty towards its employees. Within its walls, a toxic culture of politics and exploitation thrives, leaving a trail of broken spirits and shattered dreams in its wake. Workload is used as a weapon to break the resolve of employees. Expectations are set impossibly high, with deadlines looming like ominous clouds over every project. Employees are pushed to their limits, forced to sacrifice their health and sanity in pursuit of unattainable goals. But the cruelty doesn't stop there. Healthrecon has mastered the art of finding frivolous reasons to deduct employees' salaries. In conclusion, healthrecon embodies everything that is wrong with corporate culture. It is a soul-crushing environment where employees are treated as disposable commodities, and their worth is measured solely by their ability to endure suffering. Specifically few TL have destroyed the mental peace of employees with toxic behaviour. Discrimination with indians.

Worst experience. No job security, they can kick you out anytime. Don't leave your stable and secured job for this company atleast. They can give you good hike but they will kick you out for no reason.

They asked me to leave without any reason. Stating that it is your probation period and we don't have client to offer you🫠🫠
