Nothing at all. They will fire you unnecesarrily without any reason. work environmwnet is so much toxic. There is partiality and comparison they does while giving training. They will tell you and ask question mark in your capability and education. (Personal suggestion- Pls don't join)

...ou for the work and you will forced to work at night also including sat and sun. With no extra pay and less salary as compared to others. Everything is toxic, HR,Managment,Trainer. They dont know how to do managment. There is total 20 employee in the whole company including WFH and WFH. just imagine the standard of the company

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team whose services were excellent and high quality with a global client. As a result, I could experience the global market and service to them. Another plus point is there is no work pressure.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

The management is aweful. Which ultimately lead to unsatisfied employees. Not for one rather for the entire team. No planning and proper execution of amy task.

Management team collaboration is extremely poor. No onboarding procedure defined. Just they get it done as they want and later blame the team. Make u extend for even 5-6 hours post apart from shift time.

There are lot of things i dislike about this company- 1. The CEO only thinks about money nd his business. He doesn't think about his employees at all. 2. During the pandemic, they showed their real colors. When they were sitting nicely at home, they forced employees to work from office (client locations) which was the covid center. That too without providing any health insurance or any benefits. Instead in this crisis they misused employees saying if they dont work from the client location (covid centers) they will be laid off. 3. There are few so called leads/managers, who are just the pets of CEO. I have seen few managers who were not even aware of number of members of their own team nd they shamelessly call themselves as managers. 4. Due to Lot of communication gaps and Absent minded managers, multiple projects were terminated from clients end. And then they just laid off huge number of employees without even prior notice or any help to them. So there is no job security at all.They just laid off employees whenever they want without prior notice. 5. No matter how much you work, no matter if you take responsibilities more than what u r paid for, its of no use. You will never be appreciated. 6. The gifts and bonuses will be given only to the CEO pets. You will not get any gifts or bonuses for your contributions, diwali, or employee reference, except u r a pet. Please dont get influenced by the good reviews, those must be given by employees who were forced to do so.

There is nothing to like about this company. We almost 90 ppl were hired for a permanent position. However, the project was over within 9 months and we ALL WERE FIRED. There was no proper notice period given. They did not even give us severance package.

Everything!!!!! 13 hrs long shifts Weekend workings(no OT) An Insufferable Manager!!! CARELESS HR (WHO BY THE WAY IS THE CEO OF COMPANY TOO)
