Healthmap is totally a commercial setup. There is no work culture, just targets for everyone including doctors.

...hey are here to only make money and dony care about patients or the radiologist. Only aim is to pay as less as possible to the doctor and take as much work as possible. No work life balance

The HR head .Mr Srivastava ia not a man of his words. Thinks he is oversmart at negotiating about a job. But his baaps are here as well. Laat maaro aise company ko .

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Not any hard reason. Now I'm trying work with some new challenges

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It was overall a good work experience with qualified and experienced team members. Good work environment and satisfactory compensation.

Dislikes

Work environment was not satisfactory as the whole equipments was shifting to new building.
