There is a manager in Lucknow Mr Deepak Mishra he is a frustrated man mental man he don't know how to talk with the superior he himself not a capable person number it follow bar Insaan never come in the field always come in the evening. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
