...s in upper management, Specially HOTs who dnt even have proper understanding on closing a sale and take away huge salary by just attending meets Poor HR management No one know what are they doing, everyone take other’s credit and think that they are owner of the company They pretend that they help you but at they end it’s only there benefit One have to work from morning 8 till next morning 8, poor work culture and there is no work life balance at all Sale sale sale, get sale or you will be fired is the NARA for Healthifyme

... it gives high stress which cannot imagine.also there is no value for employees.and company is also going on loss so they are started reducing the basic pay which is against the rule, every month they reduce it salary and u have to run behind HR to get the pay ... Plz never leave ur better job and join there u will regret if u do that

...loyees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings. He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. The management is majorly full of narcissistic people who are not suitable leaders or managers.

No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.
