The company is too focussed on revenue generation to please the investors & overlooking quality of services it should provide. There is no work life balance as there is strong focus on target completion. There is no job security because if you fail to complete the target month on month, they fire you & do not care about the quality of service you provide.

...H PRESSURE OF SALES AS IF THEIR MAIN FOCUS IS ONLY MAKING MONEY #NO APPRAISALS #NO ON TIME SALARY #HIGHER AUTHORITY PEOPLE ARE UNACCESIBLE # NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL #THEY MANIPULATE YOUR INTERNAL RATINGS TOO , FEELS SO HUMILIATING SOMETIMES #HEALTHIFYME SHOULD REALLY NEED TO WORK ON TO RETAIN THEIR TALENTED COACHES AND SERVE THEM WITH REAL AND ACTUAL BENEFITS.

Everything, they can promise to pay 20k Per month salary and ended in too many deduction and what not. Worst culture only they care about target and revenue. Very bad team leader.

...n 8 hours unless you postpone a few tasks, for which you will be questioned. Team leads threaten you with Loss of pay if you fail to do a task or bring in a payment. A colleague of mine was made to work after he met with an accident and tore a ligament in his knee just moments before duty hours, because he was lagging behind on his target. You may be the best coach today, but if you don’t bring in money the next month - you will be forgotten. There’s an aura of toxic positivity in every team.
