The best part was work from home. You get time for your life as well. Secondly they give salary on time. A fresher can get to learn here as they provide some good training sessions for their employees.

Dislikes

Incentives structure started getting worse month after month. Salary package is very low. No growth at all, they promote only those who are good at buttering or those are in Banglore( i.e their main office is located)

...ut client satisfaction just want SLAs to be good. No employee friendly policies. Even if you work hard, you will only get the higher amount either your fixed pay or incentives. Pathetic. Only demotivation by seniors No appreciations. Everything is deadline based even if you have to reply to the client. No fixed time, they want you to be available even after working hours. Focuses on bulk hiring not on retaining people by improving their policies and ethics. People leave in 2-3 months of joining that kind of pressure they force on. All in all this company of *FULL OF RESIGNATIONS*

...loyees who questions or disagrees or critiques his malpractices or wrong doings. He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. The management is majorly full of narcissistic people who are not suitable leaders or managers.

No work life balance Company only wants revenue. Company is least bothered about services they just want to retain their clients no matter what. No employees are happy. Most of them resign within a year. NOTE FOR THE MANAGEMENT: If your employees aren't happy. the company is not going to grow. No matter how much technology you bring in. You will fail. There is still time to turn thing around.
