He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.

Roshini Goveas & her Wagging Tail. Working with healthify was a mixed experience. And It's all about who is leading the team. A special note on Roshini Goveas.... she is the shrewdest soul we have ever come across. Most insecure, so as a Female employee, you can't think to grow. She has Zero understanding of Business growth. Just being there in the organisation for a long time doesn't mean you are a value addition. She has all old school ideas. She will not let any new talent grow. Only guys who she likes can be as her chamchas. Girls she can't digest. She is a career threat to all the young Girl force joining HealthifyMe. Salary always on time. Genuine company to pay you well. Good Team lead and Head of Team.

The work culture was good. Indeed a good healthy work culture.

It is either salary or the incentives what you make, so if you do sales of minimum 4L you will get paid a bit more than your salary, No PF benefits but TDS benefits.

Way too much sales, no work life balance. They will have team calls at 12 am at night sometimes and mostly working hrs crossed 10 hrs straight. Too much of biasness, they only favor the ones who keep saying yes for everything. They do not like people who raised questions, that person will keep getting demotivated by the leadership

If you have the slightest bit of respect for your career & self, do not join this company. They are in a loop of hire & fire since the last 3 years and have had unpredicted layoffs happening thrice in a span on 1 year. The company is in poor financial state. If they hire you, the only reason will be to suck the life out of you for 3-6 months as they are just money hungry & seek profitability. They lack integrity & culture as a company. Poor leadership & senior management promotes & retains based solely on office politics, so if you can be some "yes boss" person without using your brain only to be fired 6 months down the line, go for it. There is no growth in any role, people have been stuck for 2 years without appraisals. The CEO remains unaffected by what goes on in the ground level as the middle management & leadership blinds him with false pretences about ground reality. I am writing this review as they will start hiring again in the next 3 months given they just laid off 150 employees. The management is majorly full of narcissistic people who are not suitable leaders or managers.
