There is no target for billing. Environment to work with is average and only good thing that It was near my house.

Dislikes

The office politics is worst here. They can hire new people with double salary and existing employees ask to train them with low salary. there is no any growth . the more you work with honesty, the more work you will get in return. and do not expect the hike in salary if you are not chamka of the lead. there is no role on paper. the people who just roam around and do nothing gets salary more than you do so. complete waste of years for your efforts.

High on learning. Focused on quality over production. Smart ways of working instead of volume pushing. True end to end process. Great environment where people are supported in all aspects.

Dislikes

Company haven't grown in the past in the pace it should have but now it's growing. Very flat hierarchical structure.

Likes

This is a learning organization and focuses primarily on knowledge sharing, learning and development. Culture wise HSPL very good but it is little different than that of most other organisations. Each employee gets yearly appraisal and bonus

Dislikes

Sometimes things tend to be instructed. Infrastructure wise things can improve. Hierarchy shall be more transperant and visible.

It's really great, I appreciate the efforts shown by the management to upgrade the employees skills and knowledge and also the company has been very supportive during this pandemic.
