One of the best place to work for new comers as well as experienced candidates. Employees are given lot of opportunities to perform and earn alongwith there fixed remuneration. Hats off to the Directors of the company who makes full efforts to keep their employees up to date.

Everything is good but company did not provide the compensation money. At last they make excuse that your compensation amount is been adjust in your salary only.

Once you join the company in tenure of 3 to 10 days. Supervisor will say He can do 100 claims in 1-2 hours. Me working for 9 hours is of no use. Company does not have heat set for ins calls There is no canteen, only 4 times tea is served by one person. No option if you ask for an coffee No medicine available. If in case you have fever , if they have meds it's okay. Otherwise god's save you, take your vehicle and go to medical for the meds Once in a week or bi weekly you are been realised that your presence is an load to company and your work is non productive. Working hours is 9 hours and then 1 hour break.

I have been with this organization for 9+months, I haven't found any unprofessional work culture yet, everything is better, however salary structure is average and there isn't any extra benefit.
