Old age People not accepting any new Ideas, creating hindrance in Company as well as Career Growth. No Promotion to hard working Employees, The only way to get Hike is to get better offer and they may provide Counter Offer. Lot of Politics and top Management spends most of time in pulling legs of each other. Rampant corruption going unchecked. Poorly defined Policies and Business Processes, Bending Business policies for one's own benefit. Vested interests to keep Business down, Vacancies not being filled up by HR to save costs. Poor Quality Production which can't stand today's Global Markets.

Boss is Always Right Culture. Boss takes the fruits of Project Success and failures are passed on to junior employees. Boss behaves like a dictator. Cost Cutting which affects the quality of work. Buck passing when it comes to getting work done. No Personal boundaries respected by colleagues. Opinions from Junior employees do not get respected or even considered.
