...pects others to pay. There are no working hours which is common across industry. You'll be offered a salary but it will not be paid in full and they will put it under performance. The working capital is affected as due to the inability of managing projects the clients delay payment. no real concern if you're in entry level positions. You can work and leave but may not like the atmosphere. The washrooms are dirty, the railway washroom is better. Sometimes you get boring water to drink. I'll be back to complete this. My PVP has not been paid but this was taken from my client, he has taken away the project from this company.

for the last 5 years, I am working with hcah. I worked hard here. I am very honest and loyal related to my work. lots of time I did overtime. but there is no job security, due to lockdown I lost my job. one day I received a call from my manager he told me to log out and said due to corona lockdown we are doing cost cuttings. so search new job from your side. no job security from health care at the home side. I have 2 small pre matured kids I requested them that please continue me in any process for a time period because of lockdown I can not go outside for the interview. but no one understands me and my situation. At that time I was expecting from the company side that they will give me another process or they will do something for me. but no one did anything. I wastage my life five years in health care at home this is the true things of my life

There is nothing to like about this organisation. unqualified people are sitting in higher position only because of "yes boss" culture. POSH policies or any other HR policies are not transparent, cases are cleared as Mid-Senior Management practice negative favouritism. Only deceitful people can excel here.

Office politics, Favouritism, Extreme Pay disparity Lack of strong policies, No integrity, No patient data privacy, data is shared to 3rd party without consent. Slave to client and money. Complete Laala culture. Want to experience same culture? Better work at streetfood stall, no notice period required. In all, toxic workplace.
