overworked and underpaid while other companies are paying better, unnecessary policies being forces on employees. poor management, no overtime pay while other companies pays, no benefits for the employees, partiality between employees. compares/refers other big companies at the time of applying the policies but when it comes to employees benefits, the management says we are not that big of a company.
