Extra long working hours with lowest possible pay. They will try to force you to do overtime saying they will give raise . then they will cheat you and make fun of you without giving raise. Too much paperwork and very frustrating and idiotic rules and regulations

They held my salary , they telling lie every time. They gave more offers when im joining time . Even they didnt change the trainee label after one year . And very careless and irresponsible management i ve ever seen

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good,they give salary on time without fail month end it's credited and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our problems issues. Even appraisal not happened yearly this is major issue.

Salary is not given proper always cutting ,timing of duty is not preferable, work appreciation not given.Those are not eligible they get credit.

HCG is very good hospital if you are intrested in oncology. Doctora are very friendly and highly skilled.

Dislikes

Very bad at giving promotion and salary and job securities are also very bad so if you want to work as short term or part time go for it
