Good work environmental and culture .teammates and supportive and management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company polices is Ok .

Management: The management team is a complete disaster. They’re clueless and make decisions without any input from employees, causing constant chaos and inefficiency. Decision-Making: They take forever to make even the simplest decisions. It’s infuriating and kills any productivity. Salary Payments: Salaries are always late. It's absolutely ridiculous and causes serious financial stress for everyone. Career Growth: Don’t expect to advance your career here. Promotions and raises are practically non-existent and have nothing to do with your performance or merit.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
