There is exposure to new technologies in a small time. The American team is good

Dislikes

A bit disorganized in terms of Hierarchy. The most reputed personnel's usually leave abruptly. The people who dont leave are satisfied with the work culture and dont care much about the exposure. They want the newcomers to take all the responsibility which hampers learning.
