During Covid-19 provided half salary for 5 month then removed without take any written responsibility about other half salary will provide or not. when also told for resignation by self so we will responsible for loss that job, also they still didn't return our another half salary as verbal communication, there is no professionalism and no proof that what they are doing with employees. Now really need of salary but 😔

Suddenly they removed us when without work many employees are stay and getting salary, when they removed us with verbal communication to do resignation. Also committed for salary will return as per company policy when still i am not getting even half payment. Seriously we need it if I got another job for loan, traveling, food, rent and all. But still no response.

Good work place to start..management is also good, job security is there but growth is Limited, compensation is average as it is a NGO so we can't expect

I dislike nothing here everything is perfect They are doing good job

...ets and they finally ask the result and simply they will remove in the company.. U have response all calls in any situations and you should work more then your salary. Without a reason they will remove in the company..

Training and concept on which they are working are excellent. We can improve our skills while working with Head Held High Foundation. Culture of organization is very good. Employers are very much frank with each other.

Dislikes

As concern with salary, it is not up to the mark. Some times in ground level Trainer are facing much more difficulties and they are not getting enough support from higher authority as the needed.

That we learn lot and understand how to work under pressure and leading team we gain knowledge of how to behave with team members.

There are no more dislike but few things will be changed according to focus situation
