My co-workers are the reason I continue to work at this company; otherwise, it would be impossible for me to stay.

Dislikes

Everything is terrible here. You will work for a month to get your salary, but when payday comes, you'll find out that your salary will be delayed by one or two weeks. Although they are supposed to pay on the 10th of each month, we usually receive our salary on the 12th and sometimes more delyed. There are no regular salary increments; they keep you in the dark about it. You might get a raise if you manage three clients or are the face of clients and have an offer from another company. Otherwise, they will tell you that the company is not in a good condition to increase your salary. The work culture is terrible, and no HR personnel are available to provide any clarification. You can be terminated from your position at any time, with no job security.

...e shared never join this Organization unless if you want to exploit your career. They never pay for those days which you work for them. I Mistakenly joined this organization but due to toxic work culture & poor health due to Night shift. I decided to left & even inform to HR but they not Paid my Earned wages of 22 Days. They just behave like they have only organization in the world to provide jobs. Their HR are arrogant they don't even listen my problem & stop my wages. Poor & Worst organisation.

Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.

Up until now, working for head field solutions has been a wonderful experience. The management is excellent, and their pay is promptly paid. I recommend their leadership, workplace culture, hiring practices, pay, and other advantages.

The Company's existing services are well-executed, and a small subset of clients might appreciate additional options to tailor solutions to their specific needs

The best part of Head Field is they give an opportunity to every individual who has a good communication skills. In these tough days companies don’t want to give chance to freshers but, Head Field give a chance, an opportunity to start from zero.

Dislikes

No salary hikes, so one can work here just to learn about the industry.
