Nothing at all tbh. But yes there was no micro-managent from the immediate manager that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

No job security, salary gets delayed by 15 days every month, no learning, company' centric policies only, the management doesn't think about employees, not even a bit. Extremely disappointed. If you don't want to ruin your career please don't join Headfield.

Up until now, working for head field solutions has been a wonderful experience. The management is excellent, and their pay is promptly paid. I recommend their leadership, workplace culture, hiring practices, pay, and other advantages.

The Company's existing services are well-executed, and a small subset of clients might appreciate additional options to tailor solutions to their specific needs

The best part of Head Field is they give an opportunity to every individual who has a good communication skills. In these tough days companies don’t want to give chance to freshers but, Head Field give a chance, an opportunity to start from zero.

...anagement is pathetic. They cut salaries for being late. Not considerate at all. You will never receive salary on time. There’s no bonus. Washrooms are dirty and food is unhygienic. It’s like a jail you can’t step out of the office. Only join this org if you are in a dire need of a job. If you think you can get a job someplace as well then skip joining this org. People who are excelling in this company are doing cheap work for someone otherwise no senior person has actual skills here. Not able to find a job after joining this org because it has a bad repo in market
